Šibenik is geographically located almost in the middle between 2 airports, one in Zadar and   the other in Split. It takes about 1 hour to get to our accommodation.

The nearest beach is called Rezaliste and is about 550m from the house, the second beach is in the Amadria Park Resort and is about 2km from the house.

The closest shop is Tommy, approx. 1.2km away.

The nearest shopping center is Dalmare, and it is circa 1,2km far away from the accommodation.

There is a hospital in the town of Šibenik, about 4km away. The nearest pharmacy is at the Tommy shop and is approx. 1.2km away.

Not at the moment, we are working on it.

Unfortunately, half board is not possible.

One large & one small towel per person is provided.

There is no safe.

We currently do not have a cot/extra bed.

The house is located on the outskirts of Brodarica, but still has very good transport connections.

The house is on the outskirts of the town, therefore in a quiet location; there is no connecting road through the district, but ends in a dead end.

Parties are allowed, but no noise should be made by midnight at the latest.

Stand up paddling is possible for young and old, also suitable for 2 or more people. www.windrose.surf

There are 2 different inflatable aqua parks nearby, and a large land aqua park at Amadria Park Resort.

At Rezalište Beach there are free play options for small children, including a volleyball/basketball court.

Several bars can be found on the beach promenade. The best known are “No Stress” & Fjaka.

There are no special downhill routes now, only along the coastal road and there is a nice beach loop from Podsolarsko to Zablaće, to the water castle, further to the Sveti Ante channel and to the port of Šibenik. It’s also a nice hiking tour.

Unfortunately there are no designated bike tours, only the very busy coastal road.

In the immediate vicinity there is the Krka National Park with its beautiful waterfalls, highly recommended on days when it rains or there is not much sun. If you want to go by boat, you can also visit the “Kornati”, a beautiful national park on the open sea. A group of islands forms the Kornati National Park.

: In Šibenik there is the possibility of taking a day trip to the Krka Waterfalls, you should plan at least half a day for this, there is a fee.

The Šibenik Water Sports Center offers jet skis for rent. Parasailing is also part of the daily routine alongside the “Crazy UFO”, but cannot be done in all winds

Unfortunately, there are poisonous animals here too, but fortunately they are not present in the settlement area, so there is no danger from this side unless you are moving or staying where you are not supposed to be.

According to the Croatian Youth Protection Act, the consumption of alcohol under the age of 18 is prohibited.

Each apartment has its own washing machine.

Since 2025, we have installed a coffee machine in every apartment. Each machine is filled with coffee beans.

Each apartment has a combination consisting of a refrigerator and at least 2 freezer compartments.

In every apartment there is 1 or 2 air conditioners.

Each host family receives a small welcome gift from us. A fruit bowl filled with seasonal fruits is available for free use in each apartment.

Yes, the rooms are all decorated with different stones and really look like that.

There is 1 apartment with sea view.
