Our story

Hello to everyone, we are a young couple who recently bought this house with 4 apartments. Three apartments we rent and in one we live. We fell in love in it immediatelly. Everything in the apartments is made by hand and love. And that is why we love it. And we hope that you will also like it, once you check-in in one of the apartments.

We like to travel around, see the world and take some nice things/ideas with us to improve our life/style/home/apartments. We like to meet new people and hang around as well as making new friendships. „A journey well shared is a journey well enjoyed.“

Dear guest, if you are searching for an apartment in quiet area, but still not so far away from a bigger town and main events, you are on the right dplace. We are happy to welcome you here in Brodarica, a permanently growing and getting more and more interesting touristic village. Our house is located on the edge of the village, which is very good for a relaxing vacation. Our apartments are fully equipped with all necessary tools.

The closest beach is Rezalište, just 500m away from the apartments. There are a couple of bars where you can get good food & drinks all around the clock. 2 years ago they modernized the beach. They have also playgrounds for little kids as well as for older ones, aqua park, volleyball court, basketball court, rent a boat, excursions and so on. This beach is located 500m straight away down towards the sea, it takes you 5-7 minutes on easy walk to reach the beach area. For those who wants to have it more luxury, there exists a second beach in the next village called Podsolarsko, the beach from the Amadria Park Resort, called Solaris. 2024 they built a huge aqua park with wellness on more than 20.000m². Next to it there is a windsurf center called Wind Rose www.windrose.surf . You can reach this beach by foot, it takes ca. 20 minutes, or by car in ca. 5 minutes. There is a free parking part right in front of the huge new aqua park, out of the resort, directly on the beach.
